business days of receiving your order and usually arrive in 3 - 5
business days. If one or more items are temporarily out of
stock, your order will be held until it's complete but your credit card
will not be billed until it's shipped. If your
delivery address is different from your credit card billing address,
please be sure to specify both addresses. Our delivery tracking system
confirms when and where orders are delivered.
Returns and Exchanges
While we're certain you'll
love your new Joey Junior Purse Organizer or Purse Hanger, if you are
dissatisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full
refund, less any S & H charges. If you wish to exchange an item due to
our error, we will pay for reshipping charges. However, exchanged
merchandise must be returned in UNUSED condition within 30 days, or it
may be returned to you at your expense.

Please include in the return package your name, delivery address,
primary phone number, original order number. Do not bend or fold the
full-size Original Purse Organizer. Instead, roll it into a coil to
avoid damage during shipping. Damaged items will not be credited.
